There is a huge force in the forest ...
Not only is it clean, though that alone would be enough. The invisible beings of the forest, the helpers who are present as the devas of the plants, all radiate supportive energy towards us. Of course, we need to know some important things in order to connect.
The human energy system, at the level of man himself, the body, and the finomanatomy, but even in the quality of our dull senses in the city, is calibrated much more to exist in nature than to live in noisy and polluted cities.
If we are able to be silent, watch gently and humbly, and if we obey the laws of the forest, we can find tremendous healing power under the trees, in the clearings, by the waters. either at the base of a tree, resting our backs on the trunk, or embracing a tree that addresses us.
I love these occasions.
My intuition often signals days before. Not only do I need to connect with the Earth, but also where to go. There are places I already know, but it also happens that it invites you to landscapes I haven’t been to before. I like to connect with the forest square before I leave. I don't need a lot of equipment. Comfortable shoes that can even be wet. Lightweight, breathable dress to feel the slice of the sun. I try to find multi-layered clothes made of natural materials for this.
Water, a little fruit, seeds. if I stay outside longer, some light food will suffice.
I respect the forest and all its inhabitants. Plant families, tree families, water, flowers. The habitat. I feel grateful every time they let me into their habitat. I walk carefully and quietly. I look forward to the invitation, as I don’t like the uninvited and violent visitor in my home either. I'm connected. I'm in no hurry.
Slowly, sharpening my senses, I try to find the power that is most healing for me at the moment.
...If we walk with our palms facing down, we will be attracted. If we want to find the place that is most healing for us, we need to pay attention to the signs. The place where we can recharge is eye-catching. Almost the whole body. If we stroke the stone, or the trunk of the tree, the bench, or the point in the space where we would stop or rest a little, we will feel the “pull” in our palms.
If the force shifts our hands or we don’t feel comfortable in a particular place, we prefer to walk on.
We should also be prepared to keep mosquitoes or other small visitors away, preferably in a natural way...
I usually use a spacer to lubricate my skin. You dropped geranium, tea tree, lavender and lemongrass essential oil into a little lemon juice diluted with water. I love this blend because it’s enough to keep visitors away, yet it doesn’t contain dangerous chemicals, sparing our health. In fact! It is also supportive and gentle at the energy system level.
The time spent in the forest, its healing and cleansing power is amazing. It's worth being quiet. Looking inside, we would be with ourselves. Wait for our minds to calm down. It’s good to empty it, let go, give the forest everything that’s hard, that’s a lot, or painful. Just let the tuning begin at the cellular level. Like a deep massage, the way the vibration is balanced, the change starts.
The forest church! Sacred and clean space where we find helpers.
Let us walk in them with respect and gratitude.
