I don’t like the term therapy when it comes to nature. Not because there is no healing value to the connection. Rather, because friendship, or connection, as a term, better describes the miracle that can happen.

I often walk among the trees, in the woods, or in a creek bed. Most often with my faithful companions, who, although four-legged, are masters of symbiosis, patience, and devotion.

Today's walk also began on the occasion of His encouragement. They often help me to get out of a process that is considered urgent but not important.

As we set off for the mountain, the energy of the familiar landscape immediately enchanted us. We always choose a different route. Walking around, looking for a new perspective, for the same.

Along the way, I suddenly became aware of a strange feeling, and as I looked around, I saw an almost solitary tree with beautiful golden foliage. The carpet he spread out from under his leaves is majestic. it was lively and inviting.

During my walks in the woods, I learned how the call felt. A call that can come from a tree, water, rock, but even from a special point in the meadow or between the trees.

I walked closer and, yielding to the invitation, sat down at the base, right next to him.

I was curious, but this curiosity was more like an openness without expectations. I was just there waiting for what we could give each other this wonderful afternoon.

Suddenly I became aware of a strange, almost ice-cold feeling around my left hip. It had been signaling for days that it was overloaded and the tension accumulating inside it was radiating to my entire left side as well. As I watched this incomparable cold, I suddenly felt the energy flowing to me from the roots of the tree, and as it began to spread like a strong but gentle internal massage, it became perceptible in my muscles. It was a soothing and though cold, yet relaxing energy that I only felt at one point.

I actually looked better then. Who is he?

An Ash Leaf Maple towered over me, with its golden leaves, exuding a delicate, feminine energy, airy, light. Only then did I realize what a legendary title the Maple gained as a “doctor” of joints, and the “wizards” of old never ignored this power. Nor is it a rejuvenating, restless, mental-balancing ability.

And even that the trees are not talking!

Clearly, as feelings are transformed into thoughts and feelings, every word of me has become audible, every image that our connection has brought to life is visible.

There was no movement for a short time. Pictures only. Situations, people, relationships, places, situations.

And behind it all is a smile.

A smile that showed love. The reality hidden above and behind everything. That good does not exist, just as bad does not exist in itself. Above and behind things is the ONE. Glasses can be distorting, of course, but there is nothing but love.

It was perfectly perfect… Calm, deeply peaceful and completely real.

At that moment, the energy of gratitude and the feeling of gratitude permeated from head to toe. Maple, delicately vibrant, watery, has light energy and is a strong cleanser. Gently, yet firmly, and all because of our connection.

I would have stayed…

The tension on the left side of my body is completely gone.

As I set off the feeling walked past me. Gratitude came home with me. For the scents, the warmth, the connections, for us… every moment. To understand that everything is perfect, it means anything.

Now, as I write about it, I smell the delicate, sweet wood-smoke in the air. Like a presence that encourages me to give voice, words to this healing.

Thank you my friend!

Thank you for the connection, teaching, and knowledge that appeared in you sooner than I could have imagined.

If you can ..

Go and hug a tree!

Although friends, but the honor is yours ..
